Man has the same biorhythms as nature, and the wisest of us wake up with the sunrise and go to sleep after 10 pm.

It is during the hours of sunrise around 6-6:30 am that cortisol synthesis begins in the human body, and it is around 10 pm that melatonin synthesis begins, and it happens only in darkness. This is a law of nature. Unfortunately, most modern people live by other laws. The result is an imbalance of these two important hormones. If cortisol is elevated, then melatonin levels are correspondingly reduced. You don’t need expensive laboratory evidence for this. Difficulty falling asleep, or interrupted sleep are clear proof of this. Another important effect of melatonin is that this hormone prolongs our youth.
