Acidosis is a pathology of acid-base balance in the body. Remember from your high school chemistry course about pH? A healthy person’s blood has a pH of 7.43, which is axiomatic. When this value is shifted to the left, the blood becomes acidic, and this manifests itself as an ailment or illness:
- increased fatigue, emotional instability;
- frequent colds and inflammations;
- Dry and inflamed skin (dermatitis);
- arthritis;
- gall bladder and kidney stones;
…the list could go on for a long time.
Causes:
- stress and high intellectual and physical activity;
- unbalanced diet;
- abuse of animal products;
- refined foods.
Biochemical products of metabolism must be excreted through :
- intestine;
- kidneys;
- skin;
- respiratory system.
What to do:
- learn to cope with stress;
- organize your routine and get 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep a night;
- balance your diet;
- regulate the body’s drainage system.
