“We are what we eat,” said Hippocrates.

Man takes in food to turn it into energy for his livelihood. Protein, fats, carbohydrates, and micronutrients are the components of our food. Everything a person eats must go through a complex path of biochemical transformation and reach the end products, carbon dioxide and water. On this path, it is extremely important WHAT we eat, what quality of food goes into our body. Our health depends on it.

It is no secret that almost no one is healthy today. The scourge of our time is chronic fatigue, obesity, allergies, diabetes type 2, cancer, infertility, and even children today are tired and overweight. At the same time a large number of people go to the gym, sit on various diets and do not lose weight. Why? Yes, because the diet is not physiological. We eat on the run, looking at the TV or phone screen, we don’t chew, we don’t choose our food.

Supermarkets are flooded with long-life foods. What does this mean? Everything that is packaged (dairy and meat products, sweets) contains unpronounceable formulas of preservatives, coloring agents, stabilizers. All of this is written in a small font on the labels, and sometimes it’s not even there. Cow’s milk cannot be stored for two months. The process of pasteurizing it leads to disruption of the casein protein. Any enzymes from natural product die at temperatures above 54 degrees, and no lactobacilli and other useful elements live at pasteurization temperatures (90 degrees). So don’t be seduced by a pretty label. Those products that we call “milk, healthy cottage cheese” in the supermarket are modern dairy products. That is, they include a mutated protein that is unknown to our body.

The intermediate product of fast food, trans saturated fat, is a metabolite that our body cannot (does not know how to) break down.

In order to increase the yield of vegetables, the soil is treated with chemicals. We are saturating our bodies with toxic substances by eating such a product.
Meat from animals is stuffed with antibiotics and growth hormones to enhance their growth for commercial purposes. When eating this meat, we get a dose of antibiotics and chemicals. The human body can not cope with the processing of new synthetic products. Defense mechanism kicks in: the body deposits them in a non-cracked form, resulting in growing intoxication (slagging) of the body. This is the cause of ailments and poor health.

It is not hard to get rid of it. The first thing everyone can do is to adjust their diet, choose high-quality foods. Adjust the quality of food and you will get rid of many chronic diseases.
